I am on a training journey with On The Ball with my three (very different) dogs. Not only has Nikki supported me through some training struggles but she has also coached me to become a far better teacher to my dogs. She is cheerful and optimistic and instills confidence in all of her sessions. During the recent challenging times she responded with virtual classes where every single attendee still gets that personal attention and support. I feel like she is my personal cheerleader and leave every session energised and keen to go and progress with my dogs. Not just (!) offering training I have also used the care services, both for day stays and overnights. This has proven invaluable to me as one of my dogs is reactive and I worry about how he is taken care of - but not with Nikki and the team as I have implicit trust that they uphold the training I am implementing and also add extra value with their expert knowledge. My dogs all love her and are more than happy to be away from me at allotted times, which gives me incredible peace of mind. I really cannot recommend the team enough, and never hestitate to do so to all I meet! I'm a big advocate of great content, great service and innovative solutions. Thank you On The Ball!!

I have been training with Nikki for 4 years with my fear reactive dog. I cannot tell you how good Nikki is. She has not only built my dogs confidence but mine too at a time I thought I was going to have to rehome my much loved dog. Nikki offers a great range of 1-2-1, group classes all of which my dog can now take part in and the introduction of her virtual classes during COVID-19 meant my dogs training has been able to continue from the comfort of my own home. If youre not keen on attending classes or have commitments such as childcare which means you cant get to a class in person I highly recommend giving Nikkis virtual classes ago. Theyre fab and no different to being in a group class. All you need is a laptop, or a smart phone/tablet to take part. Everything is taught through fun games, positive training methods and all about building a great relationship with your dog. 5 star training with a 5 star trainer.
