Chya is one of the rare breed of barbers that CUTS hair instead of using electric trimmers and a comb! He takes his time and cares. He also does many other traditional grooming services like the cut-throat razor shave. If there's a queue, that's usual. If you're after a good haircut and not a rushed one, then you won't be disappointed.
