Dan and Alex responded to a plea we sent out, when we were looking for a local company to assist with the design of a special project (a thank you book for our charity volunteers). From the very first meeting they were wonderful: completely on board with what we wanted, proactive in suggesting the best way forward, and patient and obliging when we couldn't make up our minds! The finished product is absolutely beautiful and exactly what we had envisaged at the start of the process. We engaged with Hay+Rice about refreshing the design of the 618 Insight website following a recommendation of their friendly, collaborative, and professional approach. Dan and Alex got the brief spot on for brand identity, brand guidelines, and logo creation and worked with us in a staged process which made it easy for everyone to agree on a preferred design. They ensured the website design process was creative and collaborative, and they took the time to provide advice and guidance for ongoing maintenance following their efficient web development. The Bourn Parish Council website was beginning to look very stale after nearly ten years. We needed to completely rethink the whole thing as, unlike many websites, ours had to be able to cope with a considerable amount of information and records which had to be available in a user-friendly form for the local community and the general public to be able to access. Thats when we found Hay+Rice. Once we had explained what we were looking for, they went about designing and developing a very professional website, successfully incorporating all our specific requirements. Regular meetings enabled us to follow the process. A really collaborative effort with great suggestions coming from both sides. They came up with ideas we hadnt thought of, and theres always a cheerful voice at the end of the phone when we have a problem.
