Very poor service, similar to a previous post. Went there on a Saturday morning, it was open. Tried to find the office, just wanted a few Featheredge for sorting an urgent issue with fence. The guy said sorry, we are closed, yet I didn't see any sign. I tried to engage into a conversation, I was local, just needed a few bits and that's it. However man said sorry can't sell... Was very disappointing, I only went there thinking I was supporting a local company. Won't go there again

Just had an Interesting conversation with them on the phone which went like this Me : Good morning do you have any 2x4 timber ? Them : Yes how much do you need and what type ? Me : 10 meters please, it is for under some decking i am building so I imagine treated. Them : Why don't you buy it from who it selling you the decking ? Me : Well that was ordered a while ago and I just need some more joists. Them : No it's not worth my time sell it to you. Me Why not ? Them : You bought the decking for somewhere else. Me : Yes but you are 5 minutes away and all I need is some more timber. Them No not selling it to you, you should off got it all from us. End of conversation. As a local company to me they have just lost all future custom and I hope this review helps others in the future. Customer ( Or Potential customer service ) shoddy to say the least. With an ever expanding local community word of mouth and customer service is key. I am afraid that Cambridge Outdoor won't be getting any good words from me . Dave.

Absolutely rubbish the worst person that I have ever dealt with built me a faulty shed 19 months ago it took 7 months to build the roof flooded immediately and has flooded a few times since Nick Ward has done nothing I have phoned him at least 50 times the whole roof is soaking wet mouldy has holes and is going to cave in I would advice anyone to never deal with this rude man who shouts at me and hangs up the phone on me he is doing nothing to fix the problem and I will be looking for a full refund
