Emma is fantastic! For someone who has never even been in a gym I was apprehensive, but Emma quickly made me feel at ease. I share a PT session with a friend which is a great way to do it, sharing the cost. I feel so much stronger now. Her sessions are always so varied and she pushes me to do better. Would highly recommend!

Emma is amazing. With our one to one sessions so individually tailored its helped my physical and mental health in so many ways! She engages 100% with clients and I feel proud we have got this far. Thank you Emma

Id always been hesitant about joining an outdoor exercise class as thought I wouldnt be able to cope with the changing elements or stick with it. Emma however somehow makes squats, lunges and planks fun, and has created a wonderful class camaraderie, which has encouraged me to finally adopt a regular exercise routine - whatever the weather! Exercising in the park, in nature, with Emmas caring and expert guidance has resulted in me being stronger and fitter, both mentally and physically, than I have for many years.

Having a PT session with Emma on a Monday sets me up for the week ahead. I share the session with a friend which makes it affordable on a weekly basis. We work hard and Emma has definitely made us stronger, one of her key skills is to make sure we are doing everything in the right position and making sure we are doing the exercises correctly to get the most out of the session and also prevent getting injured. We can now do so much more for longer. And we then try and top up at one of her group classes. Highly recommend.

Emma's 1/2 hour group exercise is a brilliant way to start the day. It's a hard class but it's fun and she keeps an individual eye on everyone and it's wonderful being outside exercising. I never thought an outdoor group fitness class would be for me but I am very happy to be proved wrong and I feel so much better for it.
