Neon Pop

Light was late arriving. Stopped working after a few months. No response from customer service. Looks like they've shut down. 200 down the drain

AVOID Bought a neon at the beginning of May. Even with chasing it still took more than 3 weeks for it to arrive. Was in a battered box when it finally did. It didnt work. They sent a new adapter which again required me chasing and a long wait. Still doesnt work. After three months of chasing they have failed to respond, send me a refund or a functioning light. Since then I have also received an invoice from customs that I am expected to pay for a product I am yet to be able to use.

I wish Id read these reviews before ordering a sign from here 12 weeks ago. I was assured that they would have no problem shipping to Spain and that I should receive the sign within 7-14 days, I paid extra to cover the postage to Spain. 12 weeks later and 126 out of pocket, Im still waiting. After numerous emails they sent me a link to track the parcel, it was sent from a logistics centre in May and because the customs paperwork was not filled in correctly, sent back to its original destination which is the companys address. As far as I can see its still in transit, I have no idea where but Neon Pop refuses to refund me until they receive the item which is probably never. Interesting to see that their website states that Due to Unforeseen Circumstances neonpop.co.uk is currently unavailable until further notice. All orders will be processed as normal and will be delivered without any delays. Looks like myself and many others will have kissed goodbye to their hard earned cash.

Cannot get hold of anyone, telephone is saying a technical fault and no one answers chat messages. I have no idea where the item I have ordered is and no idea when it is expected to arrive. Disappointed at the omens to say the least
