I have been using the services of WB for the past 10 years both for rental, as I am a landlord, and more recently on a property sale. I would highly recommend WB. They have always been great at finding high quality tenants and I have used them several times. We recently sold a property through them and I was very impressed on how they closed the transaction, especially with the work Daniel and Amanda put into the sale.

ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! AVOID USING THIS AGENCY! I have been renting with this agency for 2 years now. And I have had nothing but problems. -They are rude to you on the phone, rather than helping you. They yell and talk over you -They harass you, emails and calls every few days if your behind on rent and have explained to them why and when youll pay it -They take months to fix issues with the property. eg. Broken fences, taps not working, plumbing issues. -Several people from different departments contact you, they are not in contact with each other -They contact ex tenants of your house that no longer live with you to discuss your property

I have very high praise for Daniel Theobald and Amanda Wauchope of Wilkinson Byrne, with whom I dealt for six months in buying a house they handled. The purchase - I brought down the price not once but twice in the opening month - was protracted for reasons outside their control or mine, but they were invariably enthusiastic, patient, and helpful, collaborating usefully and quickly not only with me and my lawyers but also with the London estate agent selling my previous house. Im delighted with the house (and am happy now that its location regularly brings me past their Wilkinson Byrne office!): I regard them as friends.

We worked with Amanda when securing our rental property and she was fantastic - quick to respond, helpful and honest (which can be difficult when property hunting!). You're in good hands with Amanda!
