The Floor Shop Ltd (Bounds Green)

I thoroughly recommend the Floor Shop. They have recently installed QuickStep throughout the ground floor of our home. Quick job, no fuss - really nice guys who worked seamlessly around all the stuff (and other people working) in the house. One of the fitters was even kind enough to make me a cup of tea, while doing his own round of hot drinks. Thank you Floor Shop.

installed laminate floors + carpets in our new flat quickly and at a good price, with excellent customer service. recommend going into the shop to talk to them - they're incredibly helpful and will guide you through the whole process. i recommend!

Cannot say enough good things about The Floor Shop. From initially visiting the shop, we were expertly advised, we were shown a range of products so we could make an educated decision. The fitting went super smoothly and the finish is exactly how I would have hoped! I cannot recommend the team enough!

AMAZING! From the start to finish, we have had a superb experience. So helpful and professional from the minute we entered the showroom, to the finish of the job. Lef and Louis installed our herringbone floor - they were so courteous, friendly, reliable, and most important of all - superb craftsmen. Thanks for everything youve done for us. Ive gone round the floor area, every corner and straight and everything looks pretty flawless! The details on the skirtings corners and the usage of the incizo was inspired! Our floor was a little bit uneven between two rooms, there was a bit of a hump and Lef handled this very well by using different underlay thickness to minimise the hump yet give support and noise reduction. Wonderful that it was such a simple solution! Big thank you to Lef and Louie that made the job look very straightforward but the devil was in the details. I also loved how Lef handled our questions, concerns and options so well throughout the process, it was a pleasure to see and witness. I hope all the trades people Ive dealt with in the past were like Lef, very assertive, solution oriented and problem solving with us. My intuition and my wifes never fails us and it sure didnt this time round! Looking forward to doing business with you and the floor shop again in the future! Highly recommended flooring shop for quality flooring and installation! Can't go wrong with Quickstep and The Floor Shop!
