        Our Ebco Eagle battery was swelling and cutting out and we could not find a new replacement anywhere. We contacted a number of companies asking if they might be able to recell it. E Bike Batteries were the only one who said they could. Their communication via Jimmy was excellent throughout the process of sending the battery to them and getting it back. The re-celled battery is excellent and has transformed the riding experience for my wife. If not for the service they provided we would almost certainly have been left with an unusable bike. I cannot thank Jimmy enough.

        Great service provided by Jimmy and his team for my wife's ageing bike battery (7 years old and which had lost performance). Sent off old battery to Jimmy and it was received and refurbished very quickly, including bench testing. An efficient job carried out using up-to-date technology and years of expert knowledge and experience. Very good communication by all in the team. I fitted the refurbished battery on the day it arrived back with me and then charged it up fully before testing out. The bike (Pro-Rider E-Tourer) performance was significantly improved back to as it was new 7 years ago. It went very well indeed and my wife has now been using it (nearly 3 weeks) almost every day since, taking her 8 miles to work and back each way every working day, including negotiating two steep hills. She has said that, out of 10, she'd rate the bike improvement in performance as 10 since the refurbished battery was fitted. Well done Ebikebatteries! Thank you to Jimmy and the team for all you did, and I'm really pleased I used your service as it was well worth it. I'll keep you advised on the long term performance.
