Cheshire Road Surgery

I moved to Cheshire Rd Surgery 2022 and Im truly overwhelmed with the outstanding quality of service. My medical requests are always delt with prompt and efficiently. Doctors are very friendly and have put me at ease. Reception staff have always been helpful. A particular shout out to Nurse Martha who has a lovely nature and is super kind lady who has helped me on many occasions. Thank you to everyone

I do not recommend this surgery and it is my intention to move my family and I from it, if and when the opportunity presents itself this year. My family and I have been with this surgery for just over 3 years and my rating is low because the patient care for my relative has been of a concern over the past 18 months to date. Their appointment booking system is not conducive to patients who need tests and hospital related letters in a reasonable time. It is my intention to assess and act on what we have experienced once I have assessed their most recent actions over the coming days or weeks ahead, and I will duly update my rating depending on what happens.

I heard bad things about the surgery but gave them a chance. I waited for 10 minutes in reception and didn't see a single member of staff , another patient told me they had gone upstairs for some reason. I then tried to call the surgery to see if that helped to get their attention. Sadly after 5 minutes of being told I was caller number one in the (non existent) que, I gave up. I'd steer clear until they hire a management team that can ensure reception staff are available to patients and able to anwser the telephone.

Of all the NHS practices I have been to, this is by far the best! Always get through, staff are wonderful and Dr Kirya has the most wonderful manner. Thank you
