I had a very good experience with my check up on Monday. Dr Paarth didnt force me to have an X-Ray as he realised that I am not comfortable with having something between my teeth or in my mouth when having an X-Ray taken. He was very pleased with my teeth and no treatment was necessary. He will see me again in six months time. 3/5/23 It was a relief to be able to have my dental hygienist appointment brought forward. Actual procedure was quite quick as I was able to open my mouth wider so my dentist was able to get my teeth cleaned properly. And polished them.

I hadn't visited the dentist for a while. And this was definitely the best choice I made. Informative. Safe. They even throw on relaxing music. I thought I was in a massage not a dentist. They go to lengths to make sure you're okay and comfortable with the process. If I give five stars people will think I'm lying. So I give four. But please. Do not hesitate to use Brightside. Genuinely nice people

My first visit to Brightside Dental today and I received a lovely welcome from the Receptionist . I had already previously spoken to her on the phone when I made the appointment and she remembered me. She immediately made me feel at ease by being kind and personable. Whilst in the waiting room, I noticed what a lovely ambiance the practice has. All the staff were friendly and polite , saying good morning as they walked past. I was very impressed by Dr Shah and his nurse. Both had a lovely gentle, calm manner which made me feel relaxed and confident . The initial assessment was very thorough. A treatment plan was made, discussed and explained well by Dr Shah and I was given plenty of opportunity to ask questions. I had a very good experience at this practice and would definitely recommend to all.
