        I should be able to give them a minus 1 star. This place does not know anything about customer service or how to run a business. I regret having had the idea to book a treatment there, especially as a gift! Such a hassle! Two appointments have been cancelled last minute, literally a couple of hours before the treatment was due. Who does this? I mean once I understand, sometimes things happen but twice? All my calls and voice messages have been ignored, now I try to email but I'd be surprised if they answer. I'm not sure what is going on but this is outrageous!

        I had an appointment booked for 10am bearing in mind they apparently open from 9.30am. Only to find the shop completely closed. I arrived 15mins before my appointment and waited 15mins after the start time. What a waste of time. No phone call, just nothing. By the way this had already been paid for. Shocking!
