WORST EXPERIENCE! WORST BEAUTY SHOP IN NORTH LONDON! if i can give zero ratings, i would! i went to this hair dressers about 3 years ago i did a pedicure and left the salon with a cuts on my cuticle due to the force used and lack of experience. i thought this was a one of and just never returned. 3 years on, i thought to go there to do a pedicure again as i was local to the area. A big mistake! the steps in doing the pedicure, i arrived, sat down on a chair then she brought a bowl with water inside for my feet.(not the usual pedicure electric chair) she took [paper towels], sat in front of me and without once soaking my feet in warm water, she just started pushing the cuticle straight away with extreme force to the point where i was screaming in pain! this is assault. meanwhile my other foot was not soaking in water. she then took a foot grater and started scrubbing with force the dead skin on my foot. this was extremely painful. I get a pedicure every 2 weeks in my area and never had i experienced pain and discomfort. normally a relaxing process. once this painful process was done, she massaged my foot with foot scrub, and finally left my sore and bruised foot to soak while she repeated the same painful process to the other foot. while my feet was soaking, to my horror, in the corner of my eyes emerges a mouse! i was horrified! they pretended like it came from outside and just chased the mouse out the salon. after soacking for less than 5 minutes, she wiped my foot with hard paper towels, creamed it and asked now what colour would you like. i was extremely shocked as no dead skin was removed in that horrid proceess, this pedicure took about 15mins, after cutting off all my toe nails to the core, and bruising my foot. i asked her to remove it properly as i wasnt happy, she said if she uses the long blade tool (which my own nail tech uses forthnightly) there would be blood that comes out, which just showed they have no experience. i paid 5 as i was extremely annoyed all my toenails were cut off, and foot sore, lack of experience. the daughter of naina who is in her mid early 30's, a big nose ring hanging down her nose resembling a bull , emerged from the corner and started pulling my hair and demanded to pay her mother the full money, naina tried to get her aggressive daughter to let go off me and leave it but she is so aggressive listened after a few minutes of pulling my hair and screaming. So unprofessional. This is how her naina brought up her daughter, with no class, no self control, the girl should be in a zoo, not working in a beauty store with that behaviour. i went to a chinese nail tech after to do my pedicure and they were even shocked how low my nails had been cut off and how sore my foot was. if you love yourself DO NOT ENTER naina's beauty. its a horrific aggressive and vile environment. they should be shut down.
