        Stared to do business with Nayan from Smart Connect. We made an agreement that we will pay half the balance up front and upon receiving the goods we will pay the balance. However once the deposit was paid, he changed his mind and let us know that in order for us to receive the goods, we will need to pay up the full balance. He then put a hold on the shipment. We told him to cancel the shipment and send us back our deposit at once. After this, there has been no communication from Smart way and he blocked my phone number.. It seems like this is a scam to get people to pay up front for goods which they never intend to ship out. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY STEAL!
