        Bought a Dash cam from Top-Tech-Outlet less than a year ago. Top-Tech-Outlet btw. doesn't exist as a real company, they are called Exertis. If the return request is outside of the A-Z Amazon Warranty period (180 days) it seems that nobody is taking responsibility for the return, as Amazon says the seller should be contacted, Exertis (Top-Tech-Outlet) says that Amazon should be contacted. So basically the customer with a real return request, using a valid paying channel (through Amazon) is left alone, and the money is lost. THIS IS AN ONLINE SCAM, which I'll report to the authorities, if it doesn't get resolved. For any future customer, please avoid this 3rd party seller (Top-Tech-Outlet), as they are taking your money. Rather choose another direct buying option even if it's slightly more expensive.
