        Contacted the body shop after an accident in December. Was an insurance claim and whilst insurance was trying to persuade to use one of their approved repairers, we preferred to go to the Mercedes Approved garage. Ned was very helpful in assessing the damage to arranging the repair, collection of car, provision of courtesy car and return. There was a delay due to problem with getting one or two parts, but we were kept informed throughout and whilst the car was being repaired. Thought we had a minor issue after repair and they were happy to have a look at the car again, but the issue was resolved by an adjustment that we were able to do ourselves. All in all, great service, kept updated throughout the process and car returned fully repaired. Would not hesitate to utilise their services again. Service: Body & Trim
