They caught me off guard and overcharged me 15 for a screen protector that probably costs maximum of 1 and is really bad quality. I didn't want a replace since they put the same horrible quality again, and they refuse refunds. If you have to use their services buy with a card so you can chargeback but if I were you I wouldn't use their services.

Really poor service. Promised it would be done a certain time, yet make you pay upfront and hand you a receipt stating no refunds plus other terms and conditions lol. Then kept lying and extending the time making me go back and forth. They over charged me for a fake screen which had a botch glue job and cracked same day. I might as well have paid for the 'cheap screen' (if there even was anything better). They were rude (which I've never had to deal with in any other phone shop in Hayes). Handed me the phone without even saying anything and they didn't even put a screen protector. I'm a chilled person but I was so mad as I was in a hurry. Honestly, I wouldn't have minded so much had they been honest from the start about timing, I had some emergencies, I'd have gone to another shop and been on my way. But they lied to get the customer and had the audacity to over charge and treat me like a ghost after telling me 'no refund'. You pay first because they know you won't be happy. Use ANY other shop that isn't using the same staff in Hayes. One star because I still have a functioning phone but they're unprofessional.
