Worst ever Receptionist over the phone call I have ever talked. Super Rude, unprofessional and unhelpful, didnt want to listen me properly and hang up. Luckily submit registration forms in another surgery and would highly advise others to change immediately if you can. Thanks

Quite literally the worst gp surgery in hillingdon and probably further. Not only are they the usual, slow, ignorant, rude... they have also misdiagnosed severe conditions (occular shingles), messed up prescriptionsand caused pain to a child while waiting for it to be corrected, given out incorrect medical information and refused point blank to acknowledge government guidelines. I never ever review places but I feel its in the interest of local safety that I do. Please do not consider registering here if you haven't already, you will regret it. I'm in the process of escalating complaints because I cannot let them continue to treat people this way. One day their not going to be able to correct their mess ups.

Ready rude and unwelcoming receptionist a long waiting time hour appointment will not be on time they take very long to anwser the phone and I had to go back to the pharmacist 3 times to get her Medici on still not got it

The worst practice. The receptionist just hang up on me because I asked her if she's an actual human! Robotic answers do not care about their patients or their well being
