Hi, my experience with hayes team toyota has been the worst experience I had, I requested things done while having my mot but my request was ignored and wanted to know how an mot will passed while oil on the car has not been met.They are here to ruin your car instead of fixing the car. My dashboard indicates the oil need done. That the reason I asked them to do on top of that the rudness of the staff Kevin who was unprofessional they way he spoke to me " Do what you want meaning complain don't care what you do, Unacceptable behavior. I had to pay 320 for just fixing the wipers and charge for mot . They will be accountable if anything hapen to the car as the did the mot. I spoke to another mechanic and he was shocked and told me they ripped you off. I had so much trust to use the company of where I bought my car but they don't care so guys do your home work before using hayes branch toyota. This is my second time its happened will also speak to their head office. I do not trust them anymore and will never use their services. Toyota image has been ruined.
