They cancelled on the day of delivery, customer service rude, promised a discount if re ordered that didn't happen! Bed arrived quickly have to say. Apart from that i would not recommend nor use again on the principle they lied and did not give me a discount and charged me for express delivery that i should not have had to pay anyway seeing's they cancelled without giving me an option. Terrible Customer service, they should not be allowed to trade if they do not have the stock and should not promise a 2 day delivery as they can't even stick to that.
