Had a new gate and some fencing put up by this company 5 weeks ago now and it still looks as good as the day it was put in. The guys were quick to come round, measure up and give a quote. They gave me a date they could do the job (which was within a week of the quote). They arrived early on the date, they were very polite, professional, considerate and tidy. I contacted them to get a quote for a large property and all was well. I had a few queries about the job Ill contact them multiple times and my business was ignored. Once I called someone and was told, I would be getting a call back in an hour and its been three weeks and Im still waiting for that callback. Not how I expected my business to be handled.
