Travelodge London Stockley Park Hayes

This place never met my expectation, fire alarms are faulty they go off randomly, staff were fair but the manager was quite atrocious and bad her name was pretty, she has no customer service skills, all she does is moan. Worst manager hotel I ever met, there are a few staff who were fair to the customers, however the heater is rubbish and makes noises, you cant never sleep in peace people making noises upstairs in level 2 getting drunk stumbling around, especially if you staying in level one good luck with that , Room were quite small, you cant open the windows no ventilation. The air con is quite faulty. Wouldnt recommend anyone to book a room for one night Safety: The randomly alarm that going off caused me anxiety as if there were fire, manager was the worst manager, I dont know how she became a manager with that attitude her name is still stuck in my head pretty, she looks like she never been loved in her life.

Comfortable, nice outlook. A little bit far from the airport - taxi cost 35 one way but the local buses take forever - not ideal for an early flight! Food & drinks: Greggs and Subway practically next door, so ideal for takeaway snacks.

Staff all fine. One person checking people in, taking drinks orders and serving at tables is not enough or fair on them. Rooms are good for the price. Parking is terrible as is a shared car park with a gym so too few spaces. But do not stay in room 126 unless you enjoy the sound of a heater/ventilation unit/boiler (?) running all night and creating the sound of a loud hairdryer all through the night....
