The staff in hayes in makeup aisle is very rude. This is the second time both time the staffs were rude. I went there to buy some stuff but this particular lady reacted as I was there damage the product. However I was just checking the shades of tester. Noone will buy it without checking the shades. I am sorry but I am never going back there. Worst staffs for someone selling makeup products.

Team manager disrespectful and intolerable, was dictating the staffs rude behaviour and the woman who was in the makeup aisle was following me and when i asked her a question about the product she didnt even know, they should learn manners and how to treat customers.
