I should have choose Evri for such an easy job.
10kg parcel posted from Hungary to London took 6 weeks to arrive.
And they're customer service is terrible.

Look at the picture attached how my parcels arrived in Portugal after 3 week.
I have emailed them several times about where my parcels are.
Eventually they admitted that they lost them.
After 3 weeks i got a call from them saying that my parcels have been found and will be delivered to me next working day.
But look at the state of the parcels
The microwave is damaged
And the office seat has scratches all over the place.

Please choose another company that cares about people they do business with.
They book me last month on Shiply to collect and deliver a Mercedes bonnet.
As they don't have a Van, imagine a Freight company that doesn't own a van.
From Reading to they're location in Hayes
A lightweight aluminium bonnet so very fragile item for 39 and aprox 60 miles journey.
I told them that i can do it on a specific day as i had another job to combine (a sofa from Staines to reading)
They said that they need the bonnet delivered faster like next day asap.
I said ok i will go to reading just for you but i need to charge you another 11 as I'm going just for the bonnet i won't combine another job and considering diesel price i though is a fair price.
They said ok we gonna pay a total of 50.
I took extra care with the bonnet as i knew is fragile, i took blankets from home to cover it all was good from my side.
As delivery point Kam Freight location i found it very difficult to get paid.
They said we're not gonna pay you someone else needs to pay you, they give me a false phone number to call no one was answering at that number.
After almost 1 hour lost and talking with numerous managers they somehow managed to find my money and pay me.
I left very upset from them.
Verry unpleasant experience.
