        Rude receptionist Hasnika I think her name. Thats second time u i call for appointment she arguing for appointment even cant listen what Im saying before that having same issue with this surgery they dont take it seriously and i went Emergency where doctors said i have high heartbeat with high fever and Im lucky that I went emergency but this gp doesnt care about i ring soo many times that time but rude receptionist doesnt provide me appointment

        It's HELL Please please don't register here. They are not cooperating. Dumb staff. Not understanding serious concern of patients. They just simply arguing with patients. Behave like they are the boss. They forgot they are here to care for people's health and help them. Disrespectful staff mainly receptionists over the call. Not deserve even 1 star. Someone should complaint to NHS to get them on right track and make remember their job.
