My wife called to make an appointment for a whooping cough injection during her pregnancy. For some strange reason she was told someone will call her back the following week to confirm when the appointment will be given - even during the lockdown this seemed strange as it seemed we had to make an appointment, to make an appointment. Anyway we waited to hear back on the date and time given to find no one called us. We called back and we were told by someone else that a call back for a whooping cough was not even needed. So, in short, we waited a whole week for nothing. Similar situations have occured in the past and put us in complete confusion with apparent appointments being booked and then turning up and being told it's not on the system. Being told to hold on the line while the receptionist taked 2 other NEW calls for appointments. Some of the staff, like Lisa are great but some of the newer reception recruits have really let down the customer service piece of a good surgery.
