Cannon's cashback process is so painful! If I didn't know better I would say that they are using every stalling tactic in the book to delay repayment of cashback claims? So far.... 1) Absolutely no response/reply to any of my (daily) update requests, then 2) "You entered an incorrect serial number" - it was actually correct! And now the best one yet.... 3) "File under review, non-authorised reseller" - despite the purchase being made on the Cannon UK's own store website!! Can't wait to see what they come up with next?!...
