If I was able to give 0 stars I would. Raised a management complaint on 26th July - still await a full response over 7 weeks later. They removed free lets encrypt SSL certificates without informing customers, they removed all telephone support on 1st July without informing customers (supposedly to improve the experience of customers - what a joke!), I lost 3 weeks of business email due to a server upgrade I didnt want, my hosting was more than DOUBLED in a single year without any prior notice or formal communication and their customer service is probably the worst I have ever, ever experienced anywhere, ever. The Manager General Support Simeon H told me on 16 August he would respond with 24 hours. Im still waiting and have now chased him personally again twice. 3 weeks ago I informed them I wanted to cancel my hosting and get a full refund of my annual payment - Im still waiting for them to acknowledge the request let alone action it. Absolutely shocking company with no integrity whatsoever.

Same trouble here: no customer support at all. If you are lucky finally get through to someone, is usually rude, cold, and can't help with anything. The typical answer they give you is they'd raise a ticket you wait for the IT team to get back to you, which they never do. The email is down again. They change your credential automatically without you knowing. often can't receive email and can't send. It happened again these couple of days. It is nightmare and you know you can't find anyone to help - It has been going on like this for so long.

Customer service live chat are so rude. Especially Nicholas. I have tried speaking to someone twice over the last 2 weeks and both times they have been very rude and have been no help at all! Would give zero stars if I could. Would not recommend at all.
