        On consecutive days, the pick up collection point was incorrect. When communicating this with both drivers, both refused to move or change stating it was not their instruction. Both blamed their boss.Very frustrating to walk a group of 47 with suitcases and other luggage a 1km walk at 4:45am. I would not recommend or use this organisation again!

        When I hire a Coach what 's important is driver, and with Westbus, never failed, with my groups I've always got very professional drivers, thanks, this aspect it's an effective part of the business/leisure travel success

        Drivers are very nice. Worked for a school who hired Westbus for school runs in the morning and afternoons. I would definitely recommend Westbus for any other companies/organisations or people who are thinking of hiring with coach companies
