        Had an excellent experience at Lexus Hayes. Its small not crowded but has sufficient space to park your car when you need to drop it off for repairs / Service. The service advisor James was polite and friendly and gave me good advice on fixing an issue that they couldn't (my alignment bolts were stuck). Also they are one of the few lexus dealerships that dont kick up a fuss when you ask them to change the hybrid transaxle oil. They are happy to do it at a reasonable price rather than just saying its sealed for life. Also the work was completed exactly at the promised time and their overall costs are lower than some other lexus dealerships. I would highly recommend if you have a Toyota or lexus vehicle.

        Not a 100% ... I went for a service and to fit new sensors to my vehicle and was told can't be done, as they don't keep partsand don't have the staff so I had to go to a different dealer

        Just had my car serviced at Lexus Hayes. Brilliant service from James and Klein on the service team. Brilliant lad, whos name i have sadly forgotten, cleaned the car immaculately as part of the service. All round fantastic service and i would happily recommend them.
