        We have appointment in hayes Barclays banks we went 30 min early so they take me very quick , then the lovely lady who help with my paperwork she such amazing lady soft speaking and explain everything in detail she help me a lots , I really happy with customer service, her name is RASNA Thanks rasna and all staff

        On google it is written it is opened till 16:30 but the windows are till 2pm only. I came to pay the old notes in (about 1:55 pm) and was sent to the cash machine to pay it in, assured it will work. It didn't, and after multiple attempts with the assistant, she told me that I have to come again tomorrow because the windows are only till 2pm...
