        Moved to a lovely home here. Really pleased with the location and the style of the house. It has been well worth waiting for. What's not to like!!

        Not a good experience, after showing interest in the show house we wanted to purchase it, it wasn't up to be released for quite a while. After arriving home I received a response back to say that they could tell us we could put our house on the market and even told us the purchase price. Nobody else was in the running. So we decided to go ahead and sold the house within two weeks. We were then told they would ask for the paperwork to be released so we could go ahead, but we kept chasing but nothing. 3 half weeks later we had a email to ask for 20 thousand pounds extra and another 10thousand for it be the show house The style house was only 310thousand. They didn't even knock up the other houses still for sale. Sheer greed comes to mind!!!
