Excellent Patient Care I have to say after rereading all the reviews mostly from a couple of years ago I was very concerned to change my 87 year old aunties patient care to hear, I even rang and discussed this with them. I have been overwhelmed by the care and consideration given to my auntie and for the medical assesment and treatment already received referrals chased up on and a nurse being sent round 30 mins after a doctor came the day before and bloods were taken for her first treatment. I am delighted to highly recomend this practice, Thankyou to you all for making my auntie feel cared for.

Friendly and polite staff. Ive never had an issue getting an appointment for the 3 years Ive been at the surgery. Callbacks and follow ups are always carried out. Phone lines can be busy but having to wait 5-10 minutes on the phone isnt the end of the world.

Just a very deficient service

It's Friday 6.55am and AskmyGP is closed. It's like they already received too many requests since 6am and they can not receive more. So if you are not at 6am o'clock on your phone or computer sending your request, you can not see a physician. Terrible
