We have been coming back to The Gap Inn for a few months now. The carvery is great value for money and the food is excellent. Tonight was no exception, with chefs Mid and James T going above and beyond with their food preparation and carvery prowess. Pheobe was also at her best with her bright, friendly, and funny attitude. We get on well with all the staff at The Gap Inn ( well, the one's we've met up to now ). Definitely going to continue to use this place as our Tuesday meal option. Top class work guys.

Amazing little gem of a carvery. Very modern and clean inside and very reasonably priced food. The food is top notch too. We had carvery for two adults, one child and two meals from the bigger kids menu. One being a stone baked pizza. The kids all had puddings as well. We all had a drink and the bill was 41 in total. Absolute bargain if you ask me. The carvery food was cooked to perfection. Meat and veggies were plentiful. Delicious. We were overlooking the play area from our table as well so you can keep an eye on the little ones. Very handy! We will definitely be back. 5*

Really it hurst me to post this few years I eaten here and it was perfect, Now expensive Sunday diner , Then over water tasteless food, I love sweets mash, theres was topped out in water, callifower cheese boiled out of this world full of water disgustingly tasteless, carrots from a frozen out let, NOW THE LAUGHABLY PART , THE GUT CUTTING THE MEAT AND DRESSED LIKE A CHEF, CUT THE-MEAT AMAZINGLY RAZOR THIN .( people was laughing) THE PORTION WAS STUPIDLY LAUGHABLY HE CUT MY MEAT AND GAVE MEAT FAT AND BITS OF GREASE , and he thought that was ok REALLY DO NOT GO THERE
