        Used the restaurant. Friendly, cheery welcoming staff throughout the whole centre. Good food well presented .

        Went to the soft play, was clean and quiet (we booked later on a week day) my son had a great time! We didnt get to use the cafe because they were closing up by this time. But the garden centre was lovely and the woman working the tills at the time was so friendly and kind. Would recommend.

        Very disappointed. We booked for soft play for my son, only to arrive and find out it was already booked for a private party. We managed to have a few minutes in there, but it was chaos. No supervision in the kids area, and much older children (over the height restriction) running riot in the baby section and knocking my son down. Staff seemed completely oblivious. They offered a refund, which I accepted, but ended up just charging me again, so now I have paid for 2 soft play sessions and haven't even had one.
