Ben is always very helpful to all my structural queries and questions. Their knowledge is outstanding. Calculations are always received in a timely manner and any structural needs are clearly marked up on my drawings following a discussion.         Contacted this company for structural drawings, they said to send through the planning documents and they'd provide a quote. 3 weeks of wasted time later and all I get is a message saying "we're too busy to take on work" Useless.
