        Honestly, only the 2nd time I've bought a car and Sam was fantastic, very understanding and tired to get me not only the best deal but everything I asked for and more. Walked away feeling very happy. Atmosphere inside was very welcoming, and Sam took the time to deal with us. Was there 2 hours, and never felt rushed. Happily go back and excited to be getting my new car soon. Better offer in the dealership than I was able to find elsewhere.

        Bought my second car at Botley Skoda. First Kodiaq and second car is the Skoda Enyaq. Both beautiful cars and good customer service from Botley Skoda. Really good sales team, and always look after me and my family. Recomending to everyone

        Bought a little fabia as my first car , really enjoy it. Great service cannot fault, done my first service last week and after sales was very good. decent people not ripping people off !

        Bought my Skoda Enyaq, and it was a great experience. Good car and good service from Richard Osis. He answered all my enyaq questions. Valuable member of staff and the rest of the team is very good too. Matt from After sales always look after us nicely too

        awful company to deal with. called couple of times and spoke to a guy called Ricky and kept saying he needs to speak to his sales manager but never came back to me. would of been a straight foward deal as im already a skoda customer. The owner/Director needs to take a look at his business as you just lost another customer!!
