        I spoke with a really lovely guy called James when I wasnt sure what to get in terms of life insurance. Despite the fact I knew nothing about it or what my options are, he was really patient with me and clearly explained what the different options were. He didnt try and sell me loads of products I didnt need but actually listened and provided me with the information that enabled me to make the right decision.
