        Warning - uncapped estate management fees imposed by Gateway Property Management. Residents Management Company is currently unable to control this as Bloor et al have given a Gateway person full directorship of the RMC. First-year fees paid in advance during conveyancing have not been applied to accounts, so residents are being double-charged. Gateway refuse to provide detailed accounts or provide timely answers to queries. 130,105 per year for only 31,660 of work. The rest is apparently "postage and admin". Run!
