        Sadly I would not recommend that anyone does business with Genfrost or buys their products. Over the past 12 months they have let us and our customers down with nearly every order. Very poor service and they do not seem to care so we have removed all their products from our website and will not sell again. They also owe us money currently and are ignoring all correspondence. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

        Bought an expensive double freezer was broken from day one was bodged repaired 5 times. Caused a fire in our shop and is still broken. Customer service is useless. Absolute scam of a company.

        Do not buy from this company. We spend nearly 30k with them and once they have your payments, you can say good buy to any issue you may have. They never answer the phones, promise to call back but dont really give a damn. High staff turnover, the sales man always leaves the company!
