Avoid at all costs - they ruined my shoes! Sent in my Jordan Spizike OGs to get some glue work done and a fresh paint job. Not only did it take them 2 months to complete (!), but there was zero price transparency. When I finally got my shoes back, one of the shoes had a broken lace holder (which wasn't that way when I sent them off). They said they noticed a crack when the shoes were delivered, but didn't even try to repair them (nor did they tell me of this issue beforehand, so who knows if there even was a crack to begin with). I spent 169 on my now unwearable shoes that will have to be sent off elsewhere to get them repaired again.

I sent my trainers away for repainting,as i sent then them kept suggesting to do things that i dint ask for,and kept adding extra cost to it from getting quoted for 89:99 to me paying 157:99 at the end, overall the job they did was good special mentions to (leo) he did great job woth the trainers but still not satisfied as an over all service.I would avoid this place in future!

Needed to paint my black patent Louboutins soles red, they didnt require any cleaning. I paid 39 plus shipping but Shoe lab asked to pay extra 36 for paintwork as this 39 was a premium clean (although Louboutins didnt require any cleaning). Ok I agreed, paid, sent the heels in the red velvet original Louboutin bag and the original box. ShoeLab kept the velvet bag and the box, as I received my Louboutins in the carton ShoeLab box. Now I cant sell them, as I dont have a box or proof of purchase (it was a gift). Basically it ended up veeeery expensive paint work which I regret.

I sent 2 pairs of Gucci shoes to Shoelab both had scuffs & looked a bit sorry for themselves. I just got them back this morning & they look like brand new . Will definitely be using this wonderful service again
