I ordered a part for Nissan Leaf and after almost 2 months my car got ready and delivered and by that time parts was out of warranty time provided by seller but he still listened to me and arranged for partial refund. He answered all my calls along with my questions and concerns.
TBH, I called ebay and they said it depends on seller as you are out of ebay warranty 30 days, so even knowing that all seller still helped me with a partial refund which covered my pocket. The guy on the other side is real human and ready to go above an beyond so do business with closed eyes. I did purchased parts from different sellers and I can assure you he is the best seller so far.
Thanks again for listening and resolving my issue by going out of the way.
