Terrible customer service, you are supposed to get fries with your kebab that you pay 7 pound for just itself, yet when kebab arrived there is barely any meat and no fries!!! 4 bites and straight in the bin, the guy on the phone tried telling me they dont serve fries inside their kebabs like they have been doing for the past 3 years absolute waste of space and money

Honestly after seeing the reviews I was abit put off but glad I did try it food was amazing and the value is something else Kid-friendliness: Staff interacted with my 2 year old even gave him a chocolate bar for being good

Very disappointed my son tried to order food whilst I was busy (he has Adhd so was abit excitable) originally the order was accepted but then topkapi called my son back to say the manager had decided because they get alot of fake orders they wanted to come collect 34pound from me and then deliver the food about an hour later. I then spoke to the man to confirm the order was genuine but was still told they needed the money first. I asked to speak to the manager to be told he wasn't there yet this was within a minute of my son saying they had called him back.
