I needed a new keypad for my laptop so I took it to Tek Doctor they had a look and gave me a price and a price I was happy with. The only draw back was it did take a little while to get a keypad as they were trying to get me a original but since my laptop is a little old but also a limited laptop it was hard to get a hold of one for me even though they tried. So I opted for a alternative which they kindly got me but at first when using it some keys wouldn't respond which annoyed me but I did what anyone else would do I took it back switched it on and showed the chap what the problem was and the damn thing started working correctly.......made a fool of myself but I blamed the laptop. Anyway it's working well I'm happy so now I can use it again and all thanks to Tek Doctor but I must stress they are only a small business and in all fairness they do their best so please give them a chance I've read a few comments on here and truthfully I can't understand the other people's gripes Tek Doctor looked after me and I'm a happy customer 10 out of 10 for good service
