        Never have anything in stock! How rude is it to tell a pregnant woman to go looking around town to see if any pharmacies MIGHT have it after they have all closed and that they have no clue when they will next have it in stock.

        They want you to sign them up as your local pharmacy. You must be joking. First arrival long queue so went for a coffee. Went back even longer queue 10 people strong. When I got to front it will be another 20 minutes. Really can I really wait 45 minutes for a prescription. Back 20 minutes later and still another 10 in front. Staff are lovely system and management rubbish. Despite being reported a month ago Boston pharmacy still not answering their phone. Rang 3 times in a hour today 9th November. When I complained they said they were short staffed. Poor management again

        Why don't they answer the phone? Still waiting after an hour and the phone cuts out and having to redial each time. Terrible service! Get more staff to cope with the service issues many have with this pharmacy.
