        Some of the staff are incredibly incapable of doing their job -rude ,make you feel just a number ,no social skills at all .It took them 45 minutes to release a 2 tablet prescription ,put it on the screen as ready to collect when it actually wasn t .I ve been told to wait on the hallway until someone calls for me and they ve completely forgot about me .No apologise, no ...nothing !I have to mention that i am also 39 weeks pregnant !

        I was in A&E and when eventually i went to get my medication i came across all funny and asked for a drink of water, needless to say they didnt give me one and they didnt care.

        On several occasions Ive been in here and a couple of the female staff have been very rude and unhelpful not professional and more like a moody teenager serving you.
