My mother in law booked a groom for her dog today at 12, she dragged the dog and her grandkids out in the rain to take him to his appointment and when she arrived she was greeted with a refusal to groom him because he looked like a 'snappy dog' the dog has been groomed before and she has never had any problems. I think if this is the attitude you are greeted with then you are clearly in the wrong job as I know of many dogs who dislike being groomed but groomers are still able to do it even if it means using a muzzle to do so! An utter waste of time would not reccomend at all.

We took Alfie today our lowchen /poodle cross .All the reviews we read made the decision very easy . & my word Yvonne is a Rembrandt with her grooming equipment, Alfie looked stunning totally over the moon Can not thank Yvonne enough we have booked Alfie for a return visit in the new year .totally recommended After two botched grooming practices abroad that left Alfie traumatised.At last we can relax now as Alfie will be not going anywhere else than The Doggie Den
