        Went to my local vision express for my routine 2 year eye test. Very good service, and lovely staff from arriving, during my eye test and after. Wasn't planning on getting new glasses but Emma who was with me, was very helpful and couldn't do enough. There was a lot of glasses I liked and got 2 pairs which I really like and suit me well. Within the hour they was ready to pick up. Great service, lovely staff. No complaints.

        On 20th April my husband and I visited the store for eye tests. Throughout the experience all the ladies were lovely, and all eye conditions were explained in detail to us. On returning a week later we were meet by the same lovely ladies. I am sorry I can only remember two of the ladies names, Nicola and Guvy, both with a great sense of humour. I shall certainly be returning to them again next year. Thankyou to ALL the ladies. Ronald & Christine Bussey

        Can only give 1 star as second time I've turned up for my appointment they've had to cancel it ! After I've travelled and paid for carpark petrol I live 14 miles away and am wheelchair user so not easy for me! They really need to sort staffing problems out disgusting not even a phone call from them.
