Dear Mr Worsley, I write to simply thank you for the absolute phenomenal service I have received from three members of your staff namely Josh Wright in parts, Joe Cottingham at front of house and Paul Smith in the workshop at your Boston dealership. Josh has been especially helpful with my enquiry. He has researched and liaised with me constantly over email and numerous telephone calls I have made regarding replacement alloy wheels and various accessories from the BMW range. Joe and Paul have also been very thorough and kept me up to date with the work being carried out on my car which involved, amongst other things, the tracker I had fitted. Paul even stayed and worked late one evening to ensure my new car came back to me on time and even delivered my car personally at my home address post 6.30pm on a Thursday night. Everyone was a credit to you and truly lived up to the expectations from the BMW brand. Having dealt with other local BMW dealerships recently yours is by far head and shoulders above them all. The service provided by Listers BMW was excellent. A slight problem that arose was dealt with efficiently, and to my satisfaction. The staff were courteous, friendly, and most helpful. My first dealings with Listers, BMW, apart from purchasing the vehicle, proved most satisfactory. I already have recommended this dealer to toe friends.
