From the minute we walked into the showroom to getting our kitchen installed Jess was brilliant. Very professional and great product knowledge. Ray the fitter and his team worked methodically and were professional at all times even starting at 7.00am on two mornings to get the job done. the kitchen delivery was on time and no damages. the resultant kitchen is of great quality and just what we asked for. We would thoroughly recommend Turnbulls - very easy to deal with and responsive to queries. thank you - Brilliant

We were recommended to visit Jess in Boston by a friend and so glad we did...not only have we got a fabulous looking kitchen but the process was easy and nothing was too much trouble. If you want help with the decisions (and there was lots of them) and want a service that is friendly responsive and always ready to help, then this is where I recommend you go. Jess a big thanks to you for never once loosing your cool with our endless requests and mostly for redesigning our floor plan, which was absolutely the right thing to do even if we did need to move the electric. Looking forward to a family Christmas in our new Kitchen!

I was recommended by my installer to use Turnbulls, so pleased I took his advice! I have dealt with Jess throughout my planning both at the Boston Showroom and also viewing my choice of Sheraton Manor House Kitchen at Sleaford. Nothing has been too much trouble for her. The kitchen is above my expectation despite numerous changes of mind, Jess dealt with all my queries in the most professional way. Additionally I rate Cambrian Granite Ltd with 5 stars also, they have done an amazing job even when issues arose, they pulled all the stops out for me. Lastly my installer Kieran who worked alongside Turnbulls and transformed my kitchen. I had a winning team. Thank you all.

Fantastic service provided by the Kitchen Team at Turnbull. Special mention to Jess who was extremely helpful and provided us with so many options and once we finally selected what we wanted she was proactive all the way through from unit set out, worktop, appliances and even tiles! Absolutely delighted with how our new kitchen has turned out! Jess is very knowledgeable and her friendly approach was a pleasure to deal with which made the whole process enjoyable. Jess spends a lot of time making sure you get the kitchen you really want and she always makes sure the customer is happy as her approach is that she is always has time for her customers. The quality of the kitchen is excellent and there is a lot of choice! (we went for a Rotpunkt which I would highly recommend). Thank you Jess and Turnbull!
